Grateful for this scarf, and maker spotlight: First Rite
First Rite Scarf Shawl
I’m in Vermont this week. I wasn’t expecting snow, but I’m grateful I have my First Rite scarf. It goes everywhere with me. The size, shape, and thickness are perfect. Easy to toss in a bag, warm like a big scarf without the bulk.
First Rite, now based in Portland, OR, makes intentional mix-and-match pieces with considered materials, processes, and silhouettes. It’s a company I feel good supporting, and I genuinely want everything they make.
